El Ministerio de Minas y Energía., de oficio y las alcaldías a solicitud de Carbocol, podrán verificar en cualquier momento la exactitud de los datos que de conformidad con este Decreto deban suministrar los compradores y consumidores de carbón. Carbocol podrá en todo caso verificar directamente la exactitud de los referidos datos.
