Los vales del Tesoro se expeditaren series numeradas y se emitirán de conformidad con los reglamentos que para el efecto dicte el Gobierno, quien determinara la leyenda, el tamaño y los valores de ellos, de acuerdo con lo que prescriben el parágrafo 2° del artículo 17 y el artículo 25 de esta Ley.
