Adiciónase al artículo 39 del Decreto 3554 de 2004 con el siguiente

Parágrafo 2

Para los materiales de origen animal que no representen riesgo potencial en salud pública, no serán exigibles los requisitos previstos en los literales b), c), g) y h) del presente artículo".
