Auxilio por enfermedad. En caso de enfermedad del cónyuge o de los hijos si el empleado o trabajador es casado, o de sus padres si es soltero y si dependieren directamente de él, el SENA le pagará un auxilio que irá suministrando a medida, que le sean presentadas las correspondientes fórmulas médicas, con el fin de cubrir el valor de las drogas y de la consulta. Este auxilio tendrá un límite máximo de doscientos pesos (S 200.00) por año.
