"ARTICULO 18

"El presente Tratado será ratificado y las ratificaciones se canjearán en Londres tan pronto como sea posible.

"El Tratado se ajusta por un término de diez años, a contar de la fecha del cambio de ratificaciones. Si no es denunciado seis meses antes de la expiración de ese término, el Tratado continuará en vigor por un nuevo período de cinco años, y así en adelante.

"En fe de lo cual, los Plenipotenciarios firman el presente Tratado.

"Hecho en Londres, en doble ejemplar, el 13 de septiembre de 1927.

"(Firmado y sellado con sus respectivos sellos), Luis CUERVO MARQUEZ Erik Kule PALMSTIERNA .

"Poder Ejecutivo Bogotá, 20 de octubre de 1927.

"Aprobado- Sométase a la consideración del Congreso para los fines Constitucionales.

"MIGUEL ABADIA MENDEZ
