°. De la licencia de radioaficionado. El servicio de radioaficionado será prestado y ejercido mediante licencia otorgada por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, previa solicitud elevada ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones de conformidad con los requisitos, procedimientos, términos y demás disposiciones previstas en el presente decreto. La licencia de radioaficionado autoriza a su titular para acceder al servicio, al espectro y para operar la estación de radioaficionado. La licencia de radioaficionado se otorgará y acreditará mediante Carné personal e intransferible y será válido en todo el territorio nacional.
