º . Revisor Fiscal. La Empresa Social del Estado Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino en Liquidación, tendrá un Revisor Fiscal quien deberá tener las mismas calidades y funciones establecidas en el Capítulo VIII Título I Libro Segundo del Código de Comercio, designado por el Ministerio de la Protección Social. Una vez designado, la entidad en liquidación deberá suscribir el contrato correspondiente con cargo a los recursos de la entidad.
