Cuando el propietario de una mina matriculada estime que con el denuncio de otra se afectan sus derechos, se presentará ante el respectivo funcionario en solicitud de la suspensión de las diligencias de adjudicación, acompañando el certificado de matrícula de la mina que le pertenece, con la constancia de que dicha matrícula está vigente.
