Vigencia. Las entidades aseguradoras constituirán y acreditarán trimestralmente, en las fechas señaladas para la presentación de los estados financieros ante la Superintendencia Bancaria, las reservas a que se refiere este Decreto, a menos que el mismo prevea una oportunidad diferente. Por primera vez estas reservas deben calcularse para el corte correspondiente al primer trimestre de 1991 y las inversiones de las reservas acreditarse a partir del segundo trimestre del mismo año. El presente Decreto rige desde la fecha de su publicación.
