El Ministerio de Higiene queda autorizarlo para suspender mediante resolución motivada el pago de auxilios provenientes del Tesoro Nacional a las entidades de asistencia pública, previsión social e higiene Materno-Infantil, escolar y dental, que no se sometan a las disposiciones y reglamentos de las respectivas Divisiones o a las que con anterioridad rijan sobre la materia y que no cooperen en la obtención de los fines buscados.
