°. Corrígese el literal (l) del artículo 8° de la Ley 906 de 2004 cuyo tenor literal será el siguiente: “ Artículo 8°. Defensa . En desarrollo de la actuación, una vez adquirida la condición de imputado, este tendrá derecho, en plena igualdad respecto del órgano de persecución penal, en lo que aplica a: (...) l) Renunciar a los derechos contemplados en los literales (b) y (k) siempre y cuando se trate de una manifestación libre, consciente, voluntaria y debidamente informada. En estos eventos requerirá siempre el asesoramiento de su abogado defensor”.
