A la presente Ley le son aplicables las normas consagradas en la Ley 64 de diciembre 28 de 1978 y demás normas que la reglamentan o complementan en cuanto no se opongan al espíritu y contenido de ella.

Artículo 17. Quedan derogadas todas las disposiciones contrarias a la presente Ley.
