°. Incorporación al Régimen Subsidiado del Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud. De conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 40 de la Ley 1151 de 2007, el Ministerio de la Protección Social adoptará las medidas tendientes a incorporar en el régimen Subsidiado de Salud a dichos trabajadores, cuando ellos hubieran seleccionado este régimen.
