De la evaluación de los hechos . Una vez conocido el hecho o recibida la información, según el caso, la autoridad sanitaria procederá a evaluarlos de manera inmediata y a establecer la necesidad de aplicar una medida de seguridad, con base en los peligros que pueda representar desde el punto de vista epidemiológico.
