Los condenados en primera instancia por los delitos de secuestro y extorsión deberán ser trasladados a la Isla Prisión Gorgona. Para tales efectos, el juez de primera instancia informará a la Dirección General de Prisiones, a la cual deberá enviar copia autenticada de la sentencia, la fecha a partir de la cual se encuentre privado de -su libertad el procesado y los datos biográficos de éste.
