Las normas referentes al pago de derechos notariales consagradas en el Decreto-ley 0960 de 1970, se aplicarán a falta de estipulación diferente de los interesados. En los actos en que concurran los particulares con la Nación, los departamentos, las intendencias, las comisarías y los municipios, aquéllos pagarán la totalidad de los derechos y no valdrá estipulación en contrario, salvo disposición legal.
