Requisitos de viabilización . Los proyectos de agua potable y saneamiento básico que presenten las entidades territoriales y el Gestor en el marco del presente decreto podrán declararse viables por parte del Mecanismo Departamental de Viabilización de Proyectos, una vez se hayan cumplido los requisitos y documentos de presentación, el Comité Técnico Departamental haya emitido el respectivo concepto de viabilidad y se cuente con los recursos disponibles para su financiación.
