Artículo primero. El Gobierno Nacional adelantará antes del siete de agosto de 1986 las inversiones necesarias para la construcción y funcionamiento de un acueducto regional, con aguas del río Magdalena, que beneficie a los Municipios de El Carmen de Bolívar, Zambrano, Córdoba, San Jacinto, San Juan Nepomuceno y el Guamo, todos del Departamento de Bolívar.
