El Observatorio de Política Criminal del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho podrá publicar anualmente un análisis estadístico en el que se realice el balance de la implementación del bloqueo de dispositivos móviles y asociados que realicen comunicaciones no autorizadas al interior de los ERON.
