ARTICULO 76 . PLAN DE SEÑALIZACION. Las redes de telecomunicaciones funcionan mediante el uso de señales que permiten realizar todas las funciones de red. El plan de señalización consiste en establecer una serie de características y normas que permitan llevar a cabo todas las funciones de cada red, la interconexión entre ellas, entre redes de operadores y de los abonados a ellas.
