Artículo2°. Restricción al ingreso de mercancías proveniente de Ecuador por las Direcciones Seccionales de Impuestos y Aduanas de Ipiales y de Puerto Asís . Las mercancías clasificables en las siguientes subpartidas no podrán ingresar bajo ningún régimen aduanero por los cruces de frontera terrestres de las jurisdicciones de las Direcciones Seccionales de Impuestos y Aduanas de Ipiales y de Puerto Asís.
