RESERVA ESTADÍSTICA Y FINES DEL CONTEO POBLACIONAL . Los resultados del conteo poblacional de los territorios indígenas ubicados en áreas no municipalizadas que se pondrán en funcionamiento quedarán sujetos al artículo 5° de la Ley 79 de 1993, y serán utilizados únicamente para los fines establecidos en el presente decreto. Los resultados de la información poblacional serán entregados por parte del DANE a la ANT.
