- DESTINACION DE LOS INCREMENTOS. La totalidad del incremento que logre cada municipio en el recaudo del impuesto de industria y comercio por la aplicación de las normas del presente capítulo, se destinará a gastos de inversión, salvo que el plan de desarrollo municipal determine otra asignación de estos recursos (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 213).
