°. Inscripción de las EARS . Para garantizar la libre elección de EARS y la igualdad de condiciones de participación, la Dirección de Salud correspondiente deberá inscribir a todas las entidades interesadas en administrar subsidios que así lo soliciten y se presenten siempre y cuando reúnan los requisitos enunciados en el presente decreto.
