º Deléganse, por el tiempo que dure la ausencia del Presidente de la República, de acuerdo con los considerandos de este Decreto, en el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, doctor Augusto Ramírez Ocampo, las funciones correspondientes a los asuntos indicados en los numerales 5, 6, 7 y 8 del artículo 118; numeral 2º del artículo 119; numerales 2, 3, 6 y 7 del artículo 120 y en el artículo 121 de la Constitución Política.
