Artículo único. Previa aprobación de este decreto por el H. Consejo Nacional Legislativo, ábrese al Presupuesto de Gastos de 1a vigencia económica en curso, el siguiente crédito adicional: DEPARTAMENTO DE GUERRA. Capitulo 3° Personal. Para pagar al General José de Dios Ucrós la suma de trescientos cincuenta y cuatro pesos ($ 354) que se le adeudan por los servicios prestados al Gobierno de la Confederación Granadina en 1860 y 1861 $ 354 Dése cuenta con este decreto y publíquese.
