º. El Fondo podrá adelantar sus labores tanto en el interior como en el exterior del país; sus operaciones podrá realizarlas bien en moneda nacional o bien en moneda extranjera, y ya sea directamente o por conducto de entidades públicas o privadas, inclusive de aquellas en que tenga participación, lo mismo que a través de los establecimientos de crédito.
