Art 6.° Los individuo que no hayan pagado la cuota que se les asignó en dicho empréstito, ni parte de ella, consignarán dentro de cinco días, en moneda de plata, el cincuenta por ciento de aquella cuota, y tendrán derecho á que se les devuelva en billetes del Banco Nacional la suma consignada y de ser relevados del pago del resto de la mencionada cuota.
