º. La remuneración mínima mensual del Viceprocurador General de la Nación, será de tres millones trescientos setenta y dos mil seiscientos ochenta y ocho pesos ($3.372.688) moneda corriente. El sesenta y cuatro por ciento (64%) de esta remuneración tendrá el carácter de gastos de representación, únicamente para efectos fiscales.
