La entidad administradora, con base en las directrices de la Junta Directiva, elaborará antes del 1° de octubre de cada año, el Plan de Inversiones y Gastos para el siguiente ejercicio anual, el cual solo podrá ejecutarse una vez haya sido aprobado por la Junta Directiva del Fondo, con el voto favorable del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
