Art. 58. Mientras la experiencia da á conocer con precisión las necesidades más urgentes del país en asuntos científicos, la Escuela nacional de Minas tomará como modelo de su enseñanza la dada por la Escuela nacional de Minas francesa, y se ajustará á sus programas hasta donde sea posible.
