En la demanda se expresarán con toda claridad los hechos en que se funda la revisión, y se indicarán las causales en que se apoya la solicitud, conforme a las leyes que rigen la materia.

Igualmente se expresará el nombre completo del demandado y su domicilio, si fuere conocido. Si no lo fuere, se expresará esta circunstancia.
