º. Procedimiento para aprobar y adoptar las revisiones. Todo proyecto de revisión del Plan de Ordenamiento Territorial o de sus contenidos se someterá a los mismos trámites de concertación, consulta y aprobación previstos en los artículos 24, 25 y 26 de la Ley 388 de 1997 en concordancia con la Ley 507 de 1999. En todo caso, antes de iniciar los trámites de revisión se deberá contar con el concepto del Consejo Consultivo de Ordenamiento Territorial sobre la materia.
