El Gobierno recabará el Consejo Administrativo de los Ferrocarriles Nacionales la construcción del desagüe subterráneo de la quebrada Armenia , en la parte que toca los patios de la Estación de Armenia en el Ferrocarril del Pacifico, dándole suficiente profundidad para que las aguas no hagan represas que puedan perjudicar a la salud de la población.
