En caso de que se hallen faltas o diferencias, de acuerdo con lo que indicán los artículos 40 i 44, el Guarda almacen lo pondrá sin demora en conocimiento del Administrador de la Aduana, quien dará aviso de ello por el telégrafo al primer Jefe del Resguardo que se halla en la estación Salgar, para la averiguación de los hechos, i dictará las demás providencías conducentes al mismo fin i a prevenir i castigar el fraude si lo hubiere.
