º. Entidades Promotoras de Salud. Podrán participar en la administración del régimen subsidiado las Entidades Promotoras de Salud, legalmente constituidas, con autorización de funcionamiento vigente expedida por la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud, siempre y cuando administren los recursos del régimen subsidiado en cuentas independientes del resto de sus rentas y bienes.
