La emisión de los títulos de Crédito Público interno a que se refiere el artículo anterior se hará mediante doce (12) pagarés, numerados del 1 al 12, por doscientos cincuenta mil pesos ($ 250.000), cada uno, expedidos a favor del Instituto de Fomento Industrial o a su orden, los cuales serán amortizados a razón de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000) en cada una de las vigencias de 1952, 1953 y 1954.
