º Las mercancías exhibidas podrán ser negociadas en el recinto de la Feria y su nacionalización se hará previa obtención de una licencia de importación reembolsable, y mediante el pago de la totalidad de los derechos consulares y de aduana propios de toda importación. La nacionalización deberá llevarse a cabo antes del 31 de julio de 1968.
