Comportamientos De Quienes Soliciten Servicios De Prostitución

Los siguientes comportamientos no deben ser realizados por quienes solicitan los servicios de prostitución en tanto afectan a quienes prestan dicho servicio:

1.

Irrespetar, agredir o maltratar física o psicológicamente a las personas en el ejercicio de la prostitución, en sus derechos, dignidad o libertad.

2.

Obligar a las personas en el ejercicio de la prostitución a realizar actividades contrarias a su voluntad.

3.

Solicitar o usar los servicios de las personas en ejercicio de la prostitución incumpliendo las condiciones del artículo 46.

Parágrafo

Quien incurra en uno o más de los comportamientos señalados será objeto de la aplicación de las siguientes medidas:
