Articulo segundo. Las disposiciones del artículo anterior, no alteran la prohibición establecida en el artículo 3° del Decreto número 11 del 13 de octubre de 1961.
En ningún caso podrán retransmitirse los discursos, conferencias o declaraciones de carácter poli-tico que se -hayan grabado en las reuniones a que se refiere el artículo 3° del Decreto número 11 de 13 de octubre de 1961.
