El Consejo Superior de Adecuación de Tierras, a solicitud del organismo ejecutor, determinará la pérdida de la administración del Distrito por parte de la Asociación si ésta no cumple con las condiciones exigidas para el pago de la cuota de recuperación, y autorizará al organismo ejecutor a contratar la administración del Distrito con una entidad privada, o en su defecto para entregarla en delegación a una entidad pública.
