Art. 5º Las Juntas distritales de vías públicas de que trata la presente Ley harán la clasificación de los contribuyentes de los respectivos Distritos en los primeros quince días del mes de Noviembre de cada año, á fin de que las listas puedan ser fijadas en lugar público el día 20.

Parágrafo

Para la formación de las listas las Juntas pedirán informes á los corregidores a fin de que en ellas sean inscritos todos los vecinos del Distrito, sin excepción de corregimientos y caseríos.
