Art. 9° Todo dueño de alambique debe ocurrir al Recaudador de Hacienda para participarle la existencia de su aparato, y manifestarle si lo va á poner en actividad ó nó. En el primer caso, la Junta hará el reconocimiento y fijará el derecho ; en el segundo, el Recaudador sellará el alambique de manera que no pueda hacerse uso de las partes componentes sin violar el sello ; y de este acto extenderá una diligencia firmada por el interesado, en un libro destinado al efecto.
