"Artículo 7°. Serán considerados como actos ilícitos no sólo la impresión, sino la importación, exportación y venta de obras a que se refiere el presente Convenio, cuando se ejecuten sin consentimiento del autor o legítimo propietario, o sea fraudulentamente, aun cuando la impresión haya sido hecha fuera de España o de Colombia y la importación proceda de un tercer país o se dirija a él la exportación. "Por los actos fraudulentos cometidos de esta manera en una de las dos Naciones contratantes, podrá entablar demanda el legítimo propietario con arreglo a lo prescrito en los Artículos IV y VI en cuanto el fraude tenga relación con la propia jurisdicción.
