Comités de desarrollo y control social. Para los fines de asegurar la participación de los usuarios en la gestión y fiscalización de las entidades prestadoras del servicio público domiciliario de aseo, en todos los municipios se organizarán comités de desarrollo y control. Social que ejercerán las funciones de que trata el artículo 63 de la ley 142 de 1994.
