Apelación de providencias del Concejo Directivo del Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales. - También procederá el recurso de apelación para ante el Tribunal Seccional del Trabajo de Bogotá , contra las providencias del Concejo Directivo del Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales, que impongan multas de cuantía superior a quinientos pesos ($ 500.00). Esta apelación se concederá en el efecto devolutivo, se tramitara y decidirá como la de autos interlocutorios.
