Artículo septimo. Los Alcaldes, incluyendo el del Distrito Especial de Bogotá, destinarán en sus dependencias un local para el funcionamiento de las Juntas Defensoras de Animales y solicitarán del Honorable Concejo Municipal la inclusión de una partida en el presupuesto de rentas y gastos con el fin de atender la compra de drogas veterinarias de urgencias.
