Fines de la apelación e interés para interponerla . El recurso de apelación tiene por objeto que el superior estudie la cuestión decidida en la providencia de primer grado y la revoque o reforme. Podrá interponer el recurso la parte a quien le haya sido desfavorable la providencia; respecto del coadyuvante se tendrá en cuenta lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del Artículo 52.
