El presente decreto rige a partir de su publicación y deroga los numerales 2.2.3 División de Transporte, 4.1.3 División de Recaudos Especiales, 4.1.4 División de Cumplimiento Voluntario y Determinación de Obligaciones, 4.3.2 División de Investigaciones Especiales, 4.4 Subdirección de Normalización de Pymes, 4.4.1 División Registro y Formalización, 4.4.2 División de Control, 5.3.2 División de Investigaciones Especiales, 5.4.2 División de Investigaciones Especiales, 5.4.3 División Casas de Cambios del artículo 2 º , el numeral 6 del artículo 12 y el numeral 17 del artículo 25 del Decreto 1265 de 1999.
