Artículo sexto. El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, de acuerdo con el de Hacienda y Crédito Público, dispondrá lo conveniente a fin de centralizar en Bogotá lo relacionado con la edición y distribución de formularios para facturas consulares, bajo la responsabilidad y control del Departamento Consular del citado Ministerio de Relaciones.
